Refund Policy

Here’s how you can return the products, in the odd case that you don’t like any of the products:

1. Send an email to support@mahishmati.commentioning the reason for return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time. Shipping charge of Rs. 150 per order will be applicable.

Here’s how you can return the products, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged:

3. Send an email to support@mahishmati.comalong with a photo of the damaged product  within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4. Once authorized, we will offer you an exchange or refund. We will refund the full amount to your account.
